We regularly maintain and update our plugin to ensure you get the best experience possible. In order to update your plugin, simply open the ToneLab installer and run it again. It will remember the license key you entered earlier. Make sure your editing software is closed during installation.

Is Tonelab Chroma a subscription or one-time payment?

Both options are available. A one-time Lifetime License with free updates, or an Annual Subscription if you'd rather pay as you go.

What happens after I purchase the product?

You will receive 2 emails. One confirming your order and another one with your license key as well as a download link to the product.

If you cannot find the Emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Is ToneLab Chroma compatible with DaVinci on iPad?

No, Tonelab Chroma cannot be used in the iPad version of DaVinci Resolve.

How do I update ToneLab Chroma plugin?

Simply open the ToneLab installer and run it again. It will remember the license key you entered earlier. Make sure DaVinci and/or Premiere Pro are closed during installation.

Can I use the assets for commercial use?

Yes, all assets can be used for commercial work if you are in possession of a valid license agreement which you will receive after placing an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major international payment providers..Please note that Apple Pay and Google Pay do NOT work in social media integrated browsers.
