Is ToneLab Chroma a subscription or one-time payment?

Both options are available. A one-time Lifetime License with free updates, or an annual or monthly Subscription if you'd rather pay as you go.

What cameras does ToneLab Chroma support?

What happens after I purchase the product?

You will receive 2 emails. One confirming your order and another one with your license key as well as a download link to the product.

Is ToneLab Chroma compatible with DaVinci on iPad?

No, Tonelab Chroma cannot be used in the iPad version of DaVinci Resolve.

How do I update ToneLab Chroma plugin?

Simply open the ToneLab installer and run it again. It will remember the license key you entered earlier. Make sure DaVinci and/or Premiere Pro are closed during installation.

Can I use the assets for commercial use?

Yes, all assets can be used for commercial work if you are in possession of a valid license agreement which you will receive after placing an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major international payment providers..Please note that Apple Pay and Google Pay do NOT work in social media integrated browsers.
